About Nash Hedgehog Rescue

Nash Hedgehog Rescue is a volunteer-run hedgehog rescue based in Milton Keynes, founded by Caroline Mills in July 2026.

Our purpose-built rescue has been created to provide care and rehabilitation for sick, injured and orphaned hedgehogs, with the aim of returning them to the wild whenever possible.

As hedgehog numbers continue to decline across the UK, we are proud to support local wildlife by providing rescue, advice and education to our community.

Take a look around the rescue in the video below as we prepared to open our doors.

Our mission

To rescue, rehabilitate and release wild hedgehogs while promoting awareness and conservation of this vulnerable native species.

Why Hedgehogs Need Help

Hedgehog numbers have declined significantly in recent decades due to habitat loss, road traffic, garden hazards and other environmental pressures. Every rescued hedgehog matters.

Our team

Our strength lies in our individuality. Set up by Esther Bryce, the team strives to bring in the best talent in various fields, from architecture to interior design and sales.
